About the Founder

Shuchi Mathur is an educationist and the Founder of MyNeev Innovations. For more than two decades, she has been creating and implementing educational programs, introducing innovative approaches to learning, training educators, and working closely with children and parents across India.

Working alongside international visionary educationists, including Dr. Dustin Heuston, who developed an early-learning adaptive computer software program for reading, mathematics and science, gave her an in-depth understanding of how children learn and, more importantly, how they can be nurtured to become independent and lifelong learners.

In 2019, Shuchi founded MyNeev Innovations with a vision to help children develop the qualities they need to thrive in an ever-changing world: empathy, creativity, proactiveness and independence, and to grow into confident, capable and lifelong learners.

Each group has just 3 children, within a batch of 12, so every child has space to speak, test ideas, and receive focused guidance.

  • Is MyNeev one program or three separate courses?

    One progressive program: Think. Create. Conquer. Your child joins the pathway that fits their age and stage, and continues upward through the same method as they grow.

  • How do I know which pathway my child should start with?

    Age is the starting point: Thinkers (8–10), Problem Solvers (11–13), Inventors (14–17), but readiness matters too. Shuchi recommends the right level on a free discovery call.

  • What does a typical week look like?

    One live small-group session each week, plus a short at-home practice that takes minutes, not hours. Parents receive an update on what shifted and what to reinforce at home.

  • How big are the groups?

    Deliberately small, so every child speaks in every session. Children get real airtime, honest feedback and a group that knows them.

  • Are sessions online or in person?

    Sessions run live online, which keeps cohorts small and consistent regardless of where your family is based.

  • My child is shy or reluctant. Will this work?

    Yes, quieter children are exactly who the early sessions are designed for. Nobody is put on the spot; children build up to speaking through structured, low-pressure practice.

  • Will this add to my child's academic load?

    No. MyNeev is not tutoring or extra syllabus. It builds thinking, decision-making and communication habits that make schoolwork easier to carry, not heavier.

  • How do we enrol, and what happens on the discovery call?

    Start with a free 30-minute parent discovery call with Shuchi. She'll listen to where your child is, recommend the right level, and tell you honestly if now isn't the right time. No pitch, no pressure.
